FRDM — Terms & Conditions

1) Acceptance of Terms / Overview

FRDM (“we”, “us”) provides educational crypto market content, including trade alert formats, commentary, and a premium membership community experience (the “Service”). By accessing this website, using any FRDM channels (including Telegram), receiving emails, or subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Educational Content Only (No Financial Advice)

All content provided by FRDM—on this website, by email, or via Telegram (Alerts Only or Premium)—is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide constitutes, and should not be treated as:

  • financial advice, investment advice, trading advice
  • tax advice or legal advice
  • a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any asset
  • personalized advice

We do not recommend that any cryptocurrency should be bought, sold, or held by you. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult your own licensed financial, tax, and legal professionals before making any decisions. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

3) Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and high-risk. Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose some or all of your capital.

4) Probabilistic Outcomes & No Guarantee of Results

FRDM is systematic and data-driven, but outcomes are probabilistic. No system wins 100% of the time. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

We make no representations or warranties regarding:

  • the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content
  • that any trading results can or will be achieved

Performance depends on many factors including (but not limited to) market conditions, execution quality, slippage, fees, liquidity, leverage, and risk management.

5) Your Responsibility / User Responsibilities

You acknowledge you act at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions, including (without limitation):

  • entry and exit points
  • execution
  • position sizing
  • risk management
  • use of leverage

FRDM is not responsible for losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any educational content.

6) Service Description (Alerts Only + Premium)

FRDM may offer, including but not limited to:

  • Alerts Only: a private read-only Telegram channel with clean alerts and updates
  • Premium Membership: a private Telegram discussion group with educational context, framework learning, and Q&A

The format, frequency, features, and availability of the Service may change over time.

7) Community & Content Rules (No Redistribution)

Subscriptions are for individual use only. You may not share, redistribute, resell, repost, forward, screenshot-distribute, or otherwise transfer your subscription access or any FRDM content to any third party. This includes paid materials and content shared in Telegram, email, or on the website.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination/removal of access without refund.

7A) Community Conduct (Premium)

Premium is a rules-first environment. Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or abusive language is not tolerated. Serious misconduct or repeated violations may result in immediate removal of access without refund.

7B) One Subscription = One Telegram Identity

Each subscription is valid for one Telegram identity only. Sharing/reselling/redistribution is prohibited and may result in removal without refund.

8) Billing & Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly (or on a recurring basis as presented at checkout) and renew automatically unless canceled.
  • You may cancel at any time.
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • Pricing may change in the future, but changes are not retroactive to an already-paid period.

9) Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

All sales are final once access is granted. No refunds are provided for any reason, including partial months.

10) Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate access revocation. Please contact support first to resolve any issue.

11) Access & Membership Verification (Telegram)

After joining Telegram, you may be asked to verify your membership through our automated system (for example, by messaging our verification bot). This may link your Telegram account to your subscription to enforce access for active members only.

If you have trouble verifying access, contact support@frdmsocial.com and include your purchase email and (if available) your session ID.

12) Information We Collect

We may collect and process:

  • purchase email
  • subscription plan/status
  • Telegram identifiers for linking/enforcement
  • basic operational logs

13) Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe. FRDM does not store full card details.

14) Email Delivery

Emails are delivered via an email provider. Delivery metadata may be processed.

15) How We Use Data

We use collected information to:

  • provide access to the Service
  • enforce membership and prevent unauthorized access
  • provide support
  • improve security and reliability

16) Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service (for example, payments, email delivery, analytics, security).

Onboarding note: emails may land in spam/junk. Users should check there and use the Welcome page after checkout.

18) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRDM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (whether incurred directly or indirectly), or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Service.

19) Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email and/or through our Telegram channels. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
